Tyler Barndominiums is an independent referral service for people planning a barndominium in Tyler and East Texas. We help homeowners describe their project once and get in touch with local builders who may be able to quote it. We also publish plain-English guides on cost, choosing a builder, and financing so you can make decisions with fewer surprises.
What we are, and what we are not
- We are not a builder, contractor, or lender. We do not construct anything, hold a contractor license, or make loans.
- We do not set the prices you are quoted, and we do not guarantee any provider's work, pricing, or availability.
- The builders you hear from are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, licensing, insurance, contract terms, and workmanship.
- We do not endorse any specific builder on this site. Please check references, insurance, and licenses yourself. Our guide to choosing a builder explains how.
How we make money
Using the site is free for homeowners. Local providers may pay us for introductions to people who requested quotes. That is how we cover the cost of running the site. A provider's payment does not obligate you to anything, and you are free to ignore, compare, or decline any offer.
Who runs this site
Tyler Barndominiums is operated by Northpine Local, which runs local referral websites for home and property projects. We write our guides to be useful on their own, whether or not you ever fill out a form.
How your request is handled
When you submit the form, we share your request with providers that look relevant to your project and location, and only with your consent. See our privacy policy for details.
